Room rates: Single/Double $165; Triple/Quad $185. Reservations can be made directly with the Hotel room reservation department by calling 1-800-HILTONS. Attendees need to request the group rate for the group by the unique group code: Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

The cutoff date to make reservations is August 31, 2013. To confirm a guest's reservation, the Hilton will charge them one night as a deposit (will be charged immediately). Deposits are refundable if cancelled 72 hours prior to their arrival date.

Hotel check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm
