Organizational Outreach Committee
The focus of the AASP Organization Outreach committee is to educate the public as to the benefits of sport and exercise psychology by providing information to people as to how sport psychology services can meet their needs.
Committee Objectives
- Educate the public about sport and exercise psychology and AASP, with a specific focus on consumer needs and benefits.
- Market and promote the use of sport and exercise psychology and AASP by practitioners.
- Identify potential opportunities for AASP to exten in ourteach serevices or activities such as liaisons with practitioner groups (e.g., NATA, NCAA, YMCA/YWCA, business and corporations, youth sport organization, fitenss centers).
