The Hyatt is conveniently located to all the major tourist destinations: Anheuser Busch Brewery, Botanical Gardens, Busch Stadium, Casinos, the St. Louis Arch, St. Louis Riverfront, Laclede’s Landing, Edward Jones Dome, Scottrade Center, Fox theater, Grant’s Farm, the St. Louis Zoo, City Museum, St. Louis Art Museum and Forest Park. Most are easily accessible via the MetroLink.

Reservations made after this date will be accommodated on a space and rate available basis and must be made with the Hyatt Regency St. Louis directly by phone.

If you wish to extend your stay, the Hyatt Regency St. Louis will honor the group rate three days prior to and three days after the official conference dates, subject to space availability. We strongly recommend that you make your reservations NOW if you require or are considering making reservations for pre and/or post conference dates.

Transportation to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis:

Taxi:  Board at: Main Terminal, Exit Main Terminal 14-yellow level of garage; East Terminal, Exit East Terminal 12. Approximate rate to downtown St. Louis is $50 one-way.

Car Rental:  Airport/On-site: Rental car counters are located between Exits Main Terminal 17 and Main Terminal 12, lower level, Main Terminal. Rental car shuttle vans pick-up outside Exit Main Terminal 17 or in the East Terminal outside Exit East Terminal 12.

Airport Shuttle:  TransExpress Transportation (www.transexpress-stl.com) provides shared van service to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at Union Station between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 6:10 p.m daily (running every 20 minutes). The fare is $16 one-way or $27 round trip. Phone: (314) 427-3311

Metrolink:  St. Louis’ light rail system (www.bi-state.org) is located on the upper level of the Main Terminal at Exit Main Terminal 1 and the East Terminal through the parking garage on all levels. Operating daily from 5 a.m. until midnight with tickets priced at $3.50 for an adult two-hour pass, $1.75 for senior, customers with disabilities and children under 12. Children under 5 ride for free.

The Metrolink runs directly from the airport to Union Station, where the Hyatt Regency St. Louis is located. Take the Union Station stop as that drops passengers off in the back of Union Station.

Check in/Checkout

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.

Parking

  • Valet Parking is available at the hotel and is $24.00. 
  • Valet parking charges include in and out privileges. 
  • No vans, trucks or large vehicles.
  • Self Parking is available at $14.00 overnight and hang tags can be picked up from the hotel front desk upon check in to get the overnight discounted rate (normal rate is $16.00).
