Proposed Constitutional Changes: Discussion and Vote at September 26, 2008 Business Meeting

Two changes to the Constitution are proposed, and will be discussed at the
September 26, 2008 Business Meeting, held at the Annual Conference in St.
Louis, MO. The first change allows for greater flexibility in notifying members
of proposed changes to the Constitution, the second change is the introduction
of a new membership category “Senior Member.”  Please take a few moments to
review the changes, and be prepared for discussion and a vote at the St.
Louis Membership Meeting.
