AASP 25th Anniversary Survey

Published on: January 25, 2010

Twenty-five years ago, the Association for Applied Sport Psychology was founded. As AASP’s public relations firm, we would like to develop an article (possibly for the media) explaining how AASP and the field of sport and exercise psychology have evolved. In doing so, we are asking you to assist us in developing content for an article highlighting AASP’s achievements over the years. Please share your comments/answers to the following questions:

  • What do you feel are the major contributions AASP has made to the field of sport and exercise psychology over the past 25 years?
  • What is the most positive and significant change you have see in the field of sport and exercise psychology over the past 25 years?
  • Where do you see the field of sport and exercise psychology headed in the future in terms of its impact on sport and exercise (i.e., including the impact of technology)?

Please e-mail your responses to Betty Weibel (bw@yp-pr.com) at Yopko Penhallurick as soon as possible. We appreciate your help on this project!

Kind Regards,
Betty Weibel
