Overview
In this webinar we will explore the science and practice of mindfulness training and discuss its benefits when offered to elite athletes.
We will anchor our conversation around three main questions:

  1. What impact do high stress/high performance scenarios have on attention and well-being?
  2. How can mindfulness training strengthen attention and well-being?
  3. Are there simple exercises that can be incorporated into daily physical training to best support the cultivation of mindfulness?
