"CMPC Connect" With the Certification Council

The CMPC Certification Council is pleased to announce the launch of CMPC Connect for AASP and CSPA members. Similar to faculty office hours, CMPC Connect hours are designed to make the CMPC application and recertification processes easier to navigate by creating a more direct and accessible way to engage with the Certification Council. Rather than relying solely on extended email exchanges, members will have the opportunity to enter a public Zoom room and ask questions in real time, receive clarification on requirements, and better understand expectations at each stage of the process.

Our goal is to increase transparency, improve communication, and support members as they move through initial certification or recertification. Members of the CMPC Certification Council will host a “drop in” Zoom meeting immediately following scheduled CMPC Certification Council meetings. AASP and CSPA members are invited to join during the dates and times listed on the graphic in this update using the provided Zoom link. Please note that CMPC Connect hours are intended to complement existing resources and provide an additional avenue for guidance, not to evaluate individual applications.
