Lindsey Hamilton, PR & Outreach
Lindsey Hamilton is the Head of Mental Performance at IMG Academy where she leads a team of 15 mental performance coaches that oversees the mental skills development of 1,500 student-athletes across nine sports. She also leads the IMG Institute through developing and delivering high performance mindset training to executive-level business professionals and corporate teams interested in optimizing leadership and enhancing organizational excellence.
In her work with athletes and executives, Lindsey customizes training programs for teams, individuals, and organizations striving to rise up to their full potential. Through interactive and innovative training methodologies, Lindsey engages her clients in developing the skills and strategies of high performance as it relates to the unique demands of each client’s working environment, helping them achieve their goals, both on and off the field.
In her work as a leader, Lindsey prioritizes designing environments of care, development, and impact. Through effective communication, intentional collaboration, and strategic initiatives, Lindsey aims to provide the scaffolding staff need to become the best versions of themselves, while driving to achieve organizational outcomes.
Lindsey holds two bachelor’s degrees from Chapman University in psychology and sociology, a master’s degree from the University of Utah in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in psychosocial aspects of sport, and a doctorate in kinesiology from UNC Greensboro. She is also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Lindsey relentlessly encourages those around her to pursue the best version of themselves and have a fun time doing it.
