2026 In-Person Pricing

Registration opens in July.

In-person pricing includes all keynote and breakout sessions, welcome reception, graduate program and career fair, closing happy hour, and CMPC breakfast (for CMPCs only). The meet the professional lunch (students only) and continuing education workshops on Wednesday morning and Thursday evening require an additional fee.

2026 Virtual Pricing

Virtual pricing includes access to approximately 18 hours of recorded content from the conference. The conference will not be livestreamed. Recordings will be available mid-November 2026 - April 30, 2027.

Cancellation Policy - In-Person Registrants
Through October 7 - Refunds will be given less a $50 administrative fee; or AASP will refund the difference between in-person and virtual fees.
After October 7 - No refunds will be given. Access to virtual content will be granted.

No refunds will be given. Online content will be available through April 30, 2027.
