Hello, my name is Dee Morrow. I am a former collegiate athlete and current Mental Performance Coach. I help athletes and teams bring their best and reach their potential. Some of my core values that drive my work with athletes are growth, optimism, and making a difference. I believe that to be our best we have to set goals, focus on the right things, reflect on our experiences, and interpret things in ways that benefits us. My goals ultimately are to help athletes through mental skills training to be their best on the field and off.
