Bio
Alix is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada providing in-person and online mental skills training sessions to competitive athletes and performers.
As an NCAA Division 1 Scholar-Athlete at the University of Pittsburgh, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology while competing for the Gymnastics team. During her senior year, she became Conference champion on the Uneven bars and qualified to NCAA Regional Championships on three events.
After completing her degree work at Pitt, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Chatham University.
Currently, Alix spends her nights on stage performing as an aerialist with Cirque du Soleil, and consults with clients during the day. In her career with Cirque du Soleil, she has performed all over the world since her start in January 2012. This line of work inspired Alix to extend her consulting practice to working with aspiring and professional performing artists.
Alix has experience working with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. While she primarily conducts one on one sessions, she is equally experienced in presenting to groups and teams. In addition to working with competitive youth and adult athletes as well as professional performers, she also consults with coaches and conducts educational presentations such as USAG Region 1 Mini Congress (2021) and USA IDA Worlds Preparation (2022).
