Jen Schumacher, Ph.D., CMPC, is the Mental Performance Consultant for the Northwestern University Football team, providing integrated mental performances services across the organization. Jen brings well over a decade of experience coaching elite and professional athletes, West Point cadets, special forces officers, marathon swimmers, and Fortune 100 executives on the mental game. She conducts mental skills seminars, team building retreats, and speaking engagements for athletic and corporate groups (jenschumacher.com). An athlete herself, Jen has completed the triple crown of marathon swimming, most recently completing the English Channel in 2021, and currently competes in CrossFit.
