Consultant Profile

Premier Sport Psychology provides mental skills training and psychological counseling to athletes and performers of all ages and levels. We also work with business professionals. We provide sport psychology services to Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school and amateur athletes in private practice. Common focus areas include performance anxiety, mental blocks, confidence, attention, injury recovery, mental preparation for competition, resiliency, leadership, and mindfulness. We work to improve performance, mental health and overall well-being. We offer individual and team sport psychology sessions, as well as consultation, presentations and workshops for parents, coaches and athletic staff.
