Mentor Profile

Dr. Kilwein is a board-certified clinical and sport psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant® who offers virtual mentorship at $150/hour or $75/half hour. Mentees must have their own client base and carry liability insurance. Dr. Kilwein has worked with athletes across all levels, from youth to professional, and previously served as a sport psychologist for Vanderbilt Athletics. Their approach integrates mental health and performance, with extensive experience supporting elite athletes through both performance optimization and mental health challenges. Dr. Kilwein's approach to mentorship also includes an emphasis on trauma-informed, identity-affirming approaches to working with athletes and athlete systems.
