Accessibility
Accessibility at AASP 2025
AASP is committed to ensuring that our event is as accessible as possible for all attendees. We strive to provide a variety of accommodations for individuals with disabilities or other accessibility needs. Space was provided on the conference registration form for attendees to share accommodation needs. AASP cannot guarantee requests made onsite.

Presentations
This year, AASP is communicating with all our presenters and providing guidelines to help make individual presentations more accessible and inclusive. Information sent to speakers will include guidelines for PowerPoint slides, reminders to use the microphones at all times (for those with different hearing levels), and recommendations about inclusive language. Poster presenters will also receive specific recommendations regarding font-size guidelines, colors, etc.
Restrooms
While restrooms are marked male and female, AASP will add signage to encourage attendees to use the restroom that most aligns with their gender identity and expression.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at the conference.
Sign Language Interpreters
Sign language interpreters will be available for all keynote sessions.
Zen Room
A room will be available during conference hours for prayer, meditation, and sensory soothing to help attendees regulate, rest, and reset if/when needed. This is located in Room 521B.
