Dr. Deo is a clinical sport psychologist, licensed in Indiana with Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT, granted by the PSYPACT Commission). She was a state swimmer in high school before going on to coach youth swimming for over 5 years. She has experience working with youth, high school, college, and professional athletes. Dr. Deo views each athlete she works with as a whole person and assists in developing an individualized mental skills training plan for sport performance and life.
