I have a passion for the healthy pursuit of excellence. I believe that we can be at our best, most engaged, and happiest when we pursue our vision and long term goals with passion, full engagement and commitment. In my practice, I help people to establish what they are truly pursuing, and how to maximize their experience through the development of mental skills and strategies.
​In my personal pursuit of excellence, I initially played high-level youth soccer and cricket, before moving on to become an elite track athlete at the collegiate and professional levels. From these experiences, I have come to truly understand the value of a healthy pursuit of excellence, and am excited to help you on your personal journey in your performance area.
