Brian Miles is the Mental Performance Coordinator for the Cleveland Indians going into his 7th season with the Tribe. In his role with the Indians, Brian assists players and staff of the organization in the continued development to enhance performance and mental and emotional development. He works closely with organizational coaches, coordinators, strength and conditioning personnel, athletic trainers, and front office staff to integrate mental skills into assessment and training plans for players, teams and programs. Brian also supports the Amateur Scouting Department in behaviorally interviewing prospective amateur draft players, providing guidance and feedback to amateur scouts in their make-up interviews and preparation for interviews with amateur players.
