The Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) is pleased to offer its third Women of Color Empowered (WE) in Sport Leadership Institute (Lead). WE Lead precedes the AASP Annual Conference, providing opportunities for advanced-level graduate students and early career professional (ECP) women of color (WOC) to dialogue with pioneering WOC leaders, and develop strategies for navigating careers in sport and performance psychology. WE Lead provides a supportive professional development opportunity to examine the unique challenges WOC face while navigating and advancing in the field, and to discuss ways to foster systemic change toward a more diverse and inclusive environment for all.

To apply, download and submit the WE Lead application along with CV, applicant headshot, and a one-page statement of interest on "Why attending WE Lead will be beneficial to you!"
