Overview
This webinar will feature three performance consultants contracted to serve the United States Army who will discuss their performance psychology work within the military context. Two consultants work within the Special Operations Cognitive Enhancement & Performance (SOCEP) program and one is employed in the Comprehensive Solider & Family Fitness (CSF2) program. 
Dave Ricciuti will discuss the importance of applying performance psychology of sport to the military as well as how to best prepare for performance psychology jobs within the military. Shannon Baird will discuss the necessity for distance consulting when working with Soldiers who are deployed and a strategy entitled the "Mental Work Out of the Day." Ceci Clark will discuss the importance of transitioning theory into action when working with Soldiers as well as the development of the Mental Fitness course.
