Mentorship Overview – [Your Name], Ph.D., CMPC, LPC, PMP
Rate: $100-200/hour
Mentorship Packages Available
Format: Mentorship can be conducted via video call, phone, and in-person (for those local to the Austin & surrounding areas). Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate your needs and timeline.
Client Access: While it is ideal for mentees to have their own performers to work with, I can offer access to a diverse client base through my private practice for those who do not currently have one. My practice includes athletes ranging from youth (age 7) to elite professionals and Olympians, across a wide range of sports.
Specializations & Experience:
I bring over 17 years of experience in performance psychology, serving high-level performers in sport, military, government, and corporate sectors. My background includes work with:
Professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS)
Olympic and Paralympic athletes
Tactical populations: Special Forces, CIA, Military Intelligence, and other government agencies
Youth and collegiate athletes across nearly every sport
High-performing executives and artists
I specialize in working with both individuals and teams, and I integrate a combination of applied sport psychology, emotional agility, somatic practices, and biofeedback for a holistic, evidence-based approach. My framework is client-centered, emphasizing autonomy, growth, and self-awareness.
Other Requirements:
Mentees must carry professional liability insurance throughout the mentorship.
Strong communication, openness to feedback, and commitment to professional development are expected.
Mentees will complete structured reflection activities, review case studies, and participate in regular case consultations as part of our process.
My goal is to prepare you for CMPC certification while also equipping you with the confidence, skill set, and ethical grounding to thrive in this profession.
If you're passionate about helping others perform at their best and are committed to growth, I’d love to support your journey.
