Mentor Profile

Dr. Charles A Maher is a licensed psychologist and CMPC with 35 years of providing sport, performance, and organizational psychology services to athletes, coaches, support staff, and executives in professional and collegiate sport organizations. Any possible CMPC-related mentoring that could be provided by Dr. Maher would require the prospective mentee to provide him with : (a) documentation of their graduate education and training, including any licenses and/or related professional credentials; (b) detailed descriptions of the athletes with whom they are providing services; and (c) the role of the prospective mentee in relation to those roles including who is their current overall supervisor. Based on review of the requested information, and possible subsequent discussion with the individual Dr. Maher would decide if, when, and in what manner he might provide mentoring services and, at such time the manner of compensation for mentoring services would be made.
