Profile
Thank you for your interest in becoming a CMPC, and for considering me to guide you in your process. I value credentialing and believe that the CMPC will allow our field to make leaps and bounds in progress.
I have been consulting for close to 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of performers. I believe in having a very firm foundation of knowledge first, and then using this knowledge to be creative and amenable to our clients. Most importantly, I try to follow two basic principles: (1) establish a working alliance and (2) allow the client to lead.
I do not provide clinical psychology supervision, nor I am clinically trained. I am a strong advocate for sport psychology and, in particular, the mental game. My PhD is in Sport Psychology AND Motor Behavior, and I believe that this knowledge enables me to view sport performance uniquely.
I am currently a Mental Performance Partner at Extra Mile Institute work I work with collegiate athletes, high performing organizations, and train others in the art of mental performance. If you would like to learn more about my process, please email me. I would love to talk.
Your investment with me is $75/30min and $150/hr. Our initial meeting is always free and if anything, I would love to meet you and talk about your aspirations.
With me, there is also an opportunity to be connected to the broader EMI community and educational resources. This means access to an assessment, educational content built for your use, and of course, mentorship. Please ask about this offering.
