The Mindfulness SIG will work to provide education and advancement of mindfulness practices within the field of exercise and sport psychology through:

  1. Stimulation of scholarly and professional collaboration, cooperation, research, education, dissemination, and sharing
  2. Development of educational resources for sport and exercise psychology professionals and the general public (i.e. social media posts, blog entries, YouTube videos, newsletter articles, journal articles, conference presentations)
